L'Autrice affronta il tema della trascrivibilità degli atti di nascita formati all'estero all'estero a seguito di tecniche di procreazione medicalmente assistita di tipo eterologo o di gestazione per altri da parte di coppie italiane indicate come genitori nel certificato straniero. A partire da una sentenza della corte di appello di Torino viene tracciato il percorso interpretativo, dottrinale giurisprudenziale, in materia di famiglie same-sex per soffermare poi l'attenzione su filiazione e criteri di imputazione della genitorialità. Specifica attenzione è dedicata all'indagine circa la non contrarietà all'ordine pubblico dell'atto straniero.

Se trata brevemente del contenido de Format-Büchlein, impreso en Graz entre 1670 y 1677, que trata de los distintos formatos de los libros, aunque incluye otras muchas consideraciones sobre el arte de imprimir; comentando alguna de las ilustraciones de materia tipográfica incluidas en la obra. This study deals briefly with the content of Format-Büchlein, printed in Graz between 1670 and 1677, a work on different book formats, although it also includes many other considerations on the art of printing. I comment on some of the illustrations on typographical matters that are included in the work.

The body and the Art as formative resources at University: a path through the dance-movement therapy for future educators Based on a personal experience of workshop with university master's students for over ten years, the article shows how a dance-movement therapy course can quickly open up new existential perspectives, enabling new narrative about one’s relationship with the world and increasing reflexive capacity and self-awareness. The students seem to find a way for integrating different parts of themselves, for accepting their difficulties and weaknesses, for reflecting and developing deep contacts, overcoming insecurity and discovering their value and their own creative abilities.

This article presents a possible model of parents’ training in an area at risk by a socio-economic and cultural point of view. It clarifies the theoretical framework that, during four years, has been the basis for the design, the implementation and the evaluation of several actions in a primary school in the city of Palermo. In this paper I present a training model for educators based on a DMT course at the University and I will explain the theoretical and methodological framework related to the educational goals. The aim is to give professional skills to be spent in educational and social fields thanks to the mobilization of creativity , the integration between the different parts of Self and the development of awareness and the "presence".
